Utilizing a team-based approach, we work closely with the project’s owner, architect and consultants to provide input during the conceptual stages of a project’s design through construction. PBS provides input on budget, schedule, constructability, value engineering, potential phasing and logistical issues. As the design progresses, PBS often leads value engineering meetings to create maximum value without compromising program, function or design intent. This approach provides owners and developers start-to-finish direction over the three most critical aspects of their projects: cost control, schedule, quality assurance.
